Flank steak tips? I've never cooked it before- what do you recommend? High heat? Reverse Sear?

Personally I do high heat char on both sides but it keeps the center moist. Too much heat too long turns it into jerky. Cut against the grain.

Yep! Hot and fast! And it takes on a good marinade too, I love to soak mine in teriyaki, comes out great.
And don't overcook it, rare and medium rare is real good.

Marinate, grill on HOT ARSE DIRECT HEAT for only about 1 minute per side, let rest and slice against the grain.

Alton Brown's does similar with skirt steak HERE, which is a similar cut.

Definitely high heat, get the grill as hot as ya can then toss them on. Flank and skirts are really good with a marinade. Teriyaki is great, my favorite store bought is World Harbors brand. They should have it at most grocery stores. I did a little writeup on them on my site,
