I plan to pan and foil around 170* with some Beef Broth and Kahlua then back into the heat .....
 
That's an expensive pretty screwdriver.

Nice setup and good looking meat.
 
The linguica in my fridge thinks you are doing good by those chuckies.

The addition of the Beef Broth and Kahlua in the final cooking process gives the Meat a most pleasing flavor profile....I highly recommend that if you've never cooked Pulled Beef Chuck, Do It!!! You won't be Disappointed......:biggrin:
