This was my daughter's invention I just added bacon and smoke.
2 cups of peanut butter and one tbsp of brown sugar. I used about six hand fulls of lump charcoal. I wanted low heat just to melt the peanut butter. Since this concoction has PB and Nutella, pecan wood seemed perfect. I let it go for nearly an hour, stirring every 10 mins or so to incorporate the smoke. Near the end I stirred in 2oz packaged bacon pieces. I filled paper cups about 1/4 full with the bubbling PB and added a dollop of melted Nutella. Topped with white chocolate chips and into the freezer (20-30mins) to set. These little buggers are awesome. That pecan smoke goes really well with the PB and Nutella. These are meant to be eaten frozen because they start getting sticky in a few minutes unless you freeze them solid. This is a great treat for a kid's B'day party. The possibilities are endless. Thanks for looking.
