Today's cook. Beef ribs.

That Looks Fantastic...Nice and Meaty !! I would Love to find beef ribs around here with that much meat on them !!

Those look great! My boys are screamin for more beef ribs, guess I'm gonna have to do some.

Look for short ribs like the one in the pic.

i did some beef ribs awhile back....just rub them and smoked them until they were tender with a toothpick. Goooood.
 
Beef ribs have got to be my favorites and yours look excellent!! Mighty fine!!

Freddy J. I used Simply Marvelous pecan for a bit of heat and actually used lump with a piece of peach wood. Lump was all I had.
 
I started cooking beef ribos because of the praise by the brethren on here.....it has quickly become my FAV beef dish.....Luvluvluv em!!!
