Ouch, The Pig in Chapel Hill? I've eaten there twice and had really good BBQ. They have some nice items on their menu. That looks like you ordered brisket though. That is generally to be avoided in NC.

That's a shame, but I can believe it from that picture. That brisket looks awful. I wouldn't have guessed it was the same place as I know they had some good chefs there previously. They'd broken off from The Lantern to do BBQ. It was a bit different. I haven't been in a year. :tsk:
