Today I made prime rib, baby backs and salmon for the folks in my IT department at work. Here's the prime rib pics. Used a Santa Maria seasoning along with a Sazon seasoning. The crust was amazing. Cooked 250 until internal temp was 130. Rested for 20 minutes and served. It was spectacular.

I just ate and thought I was full. Now I'm hungry again. I hope those guys at work appreciate how lucky they are...

I have a degree in IT and 15 years experience, can I come work for you? Will work for prime rib alone!

Hey, Todd -
Do you have any openings there ? I hope those farkers know how lucky they are .

Dang that looks great! Love the looks of the crust too! Nice job. :eusa_clap

Nice. When I was in IT the only food we got came out of a vending machine.

Man that looks great!

What is Santa Maria seasoning along with a Sazon seasoning?

I am an IT guy. I wish people brought food to work like that for me.

We just get left over cake (yuck) from weekend events.
