Central market southlake has B&B for $10.50 for 20 pound bag. If using a torch, it's a little sparky on lighting but burns nicely.
also, if you have extra disposable income, you can pick up a wagyu brisket there for $12.99/lb. Something about seeing a $143.00 tag on a brisket just ain't right. Although it flopped like bacon when I picked it up.......wonder how much money is in my coin jar :idea:......
