Had a benefit this weekend cancelled. Cooked anyway (already prepped). 2 pork butts, a pork loin, 2 chuck roasts and beef and pork ribs.
Pulled the pork (will post later), and the chuck (bagged for freezer, gave some away and used some for nachos), 4 fattys (ate one), sliced up the loin (bagged for freezer and the rest with my wife to work) and will do the ribs tomorrow. Just a few pics of some of it!
