Well had my local butcher shop I do some business w/ order me a prime brisket, told them in the 10-12+ range thinking the 12+ might end up 14 but end up w/ an 18.5 pound monster
. It's nice a square one w/ a thick flat & big knob of a point. I've never done one this large & not sure if it will even fit on my BDS at least not until it's cooked for a bit. No pics yet as I got it on my way in to work.
