Need some advice on size, its for 100 people all bikers with big bellies. There will also be ribs and three side dishes. Any advice would be great on what size pig to do. Thanks
 
I would at least do a 100 lber with the ribs and three side dishes. You can do some PP draped around the pig to make it stretch.

I agree!
!00 # hog will net you about 35 lbs of meat @ 1/3 per person, your looking at feeding 105.
With ribs and 3 sides you should be more like 1/4 lb per person, so you'll probably have some leftovers!
