Have I made enough meat?
I am cooking for about 40-50 people.
I cooked 2 x 11.5lb briskets and got 9.2 lbs of meat after trimming fat and slicing.
I cooked 4 x 3 lb turkey breasts and got 6.1 lbs of sliced meat
Do I have enough or do I need more? Should I put another brisket on tomorrow just to be safe I don't want to run out?
I also am having 3 sides and a pasta dish.
