Wow! Well, I have spent 2 days on here soaking up the knowledge! In fact, I am leaving work early today to pick up my new grill!

I've been grilling hamburgers and steaks a couple of years, but got BBQ fever last season when I learned how to smoke ribs.

Just wanted to say a quick hello to all! :-D
