THE Shirley Fabrication Photo Thread

What happened to the smoker that you used in the world food championship. I remember hearing about you getting that built and thought that was really cool.
I have it stored in Florida at a friends house in the garage.

I can't say enough about the Shirley Gang! Her are the before and after pictures of my SF. This thing is awesome!

Hi I sent Westam an E-mail, for some reason they couldn't handle it.. I also requested a bid from them thru UShip, no reply so far. They must be shipping base on the West coast delivery only.
Thanks Dan

Ahh that's too bad. I'll keep it in mind for future referrals.

I've now joined the Shirley RF smoker family. I'm in the waiting for the build to happen. I've already contacted Paul and made several modifications to my build before it even starts. This forum and Shirley Fabrication's Facebook page are costing me money every time I open a video or picture. April can't get here fast enough!

Love the Shirley quality!

So they converted it from the traditional to a cabinet model? Very cool!

Yes it was converted from a traditional to a cabinet model and let me say this thing cooks like a oven now. Paul would be probe of me it has not had a pit probe in it since I got it home.:thumb:

what's the deal with all the skinny tables on the cook chamber that don't go over the fenders? you guys using the cabinet top instead of the table? i can see this on the wider trailers but not the narrowed trailers. i must be missing something.

I did not specify on my build sheet any table size it just came this way, but its big enough IMO, holds large sheet pans easily
