Comp meat source

Sorry should have worded that different. Didn't mean to be a jerk. Just trying to say you don't have to spend a lot of money on your meat to win.
 
So I cooked the ribs from Dartagnan this weekend at the Barbayq in Annapolis MD. We walked 7th out of 55. They looked great when I opened them and cooked great also. Very happy.
