We had our first comp. today in the backyard catagory in Westport, CT. Since I have been reading these forums and posting questions leading up to this event, I just wanted to thank everyone for the great tips and all the how-to advice. It was a long fun day with some ups and downs. The good news is everything was done on time. The tips on blue smoke, timeline, check list, turn in boxes all paid off. There were 21 teams for this event. We took 2nd place chicken, and 5th overall. Can't wait until the next one. Good Luck to all the Pros tommorrow in Westport. And Good Luck to all competing this weekend.:-D
