Brisket Sandwich

Had a small Prime Packer that I didn't want to use for comps.
Got it all rubbed with 3 Eyz and let it sweat a little.

She thinks she gets to slice it up.

Had to Dress mine, Slaw is not just for pork in my book.

Favorite place for slaw would still be atop a course ground natural casing hotdog.
