BRT1877, go by your local Academy to see if they have started to sell it in chunks/chips. Mine have along w/ some orange but I've not like that the couple of times I've used that on birds.
I've had no problems w/ peach on anything be it bird, pig or cow. It's now my main wood. I think it'd go best w/ pork/bird but still a good all around wood.
