Hello, I'm Tom, a 39 year old amateur BBQ guy from just south of Detroit, my dad had an old red head weber when I was a kid, so I have liked grilled/smoked food as long as I can remember. Found the site while searching for instructions for a UDS, boy you guys have a great site here, literally a wealth of information! :thumb: I cook on a used Weber ss Performer I bought on Craigslist, installed a smokinator and did a brisket and several Boston butts, they came out great thanks to you guys!
