They are 2 independent contests held at the same location back to back days. In the case of Westmont, you have a meat inspection on Friday for Saturday's contest and an inspection on Saturday for Sunday's contest. If you set up on Friday you must do the double because of how they stage the teams. If you only want to do one, sign up for the Sat/Sun contest.

We will add at least 1 if not 2 more along the way. Most likely in the KC area.

B.S. Barbeque is signed up for the Friday/Saturday of Masters In May in Appleton ,WI the last week of April, and at Des Moines, IA for the SAMs. We're also looking at doing one of the days of the Gold Ribbin BBQ contest at Lambeau Field. We have a backyard event in there also in Onalaska, WI and may do one more.

We plan on following (pretty much) the same schedule as last year, but there has been a little shift in one contest we were going to do, so we're not 100% sure yet. This is our tentative:
