Congrats to the 3 EYZ crew....yet another outstanding performance clearly explains why they're the TOP team in the country. It was a pleasure to cook next to you guys this weekend. For our unseasoned team, you're the perfect example of what to shoot for.

Congrats to all who walked....enjoyed meeting new teams and a wonderfully run event. Amazing setting, Fri. Dinner, Sat. Dinner,breakfast both days.....we'll be back in 2013 for certain!!!
 
Congrats to 3 Eyz and "The Monkey". Very well run contest. Thanks to all the teams that donated meat to us to take to the food shelter. This looks to be our last contest of the year, but we will continue collecting for food banks next season. Good luck to the rest of you as you continue this season.

3 Eyz rolls on, and Joel and Erin are knocking at the door. I told them they are about to break through, and if they keep on cooking four consistent categories they will be celebrating their first GC very soon! Well done to both teams.

Same to you Don! I think I might need to get a new sign that has the name spelled phonetically. Or maybe I'll leave it and hope for the "Uh, I'm not sure how to pronounce this name...." at awards. But for you sir it is "deh-GWAY-o". :razz:
 
Congrats to all that walked. This was my first comp as I worked with the 5-0 BBQ team who graciously volunteered to allow me to be a part of the event. I learned a ton!!!

You know that sooner or later there will be another team with a name that the announcers might have trouble saying their name as well. You might have to wait a little longer before starting to walk. :biggrin1:

Congrats to 3-Eyz, Pepper Monkey and all who walked!

Always have a good time at this event. The organizers always go over the top to accommodate the teams (although I would gently point the organizers to this thread). Might just have to cook this one ourselves next year.
