How do you like your draft control? I remember reading your build and wondered how it turned out. Food looks great!

the draft control works great so far... just like the other uds in the pic... Im getting better at making the adjustments and learning the smoker. once I had it set it pured along for more than 16 hours... I snuffed it out and looked at the basket.. could have gone another 4 hours or so im guessing.
 
Great looking grub for a hungry crowd- I'm sure everyone was pleased.:thumb:
