To the almighty masters of MOINK certification, I humbly submit the following in a desire to join your lofty ranks:
Required ingredients:
Proof of frozen meatballs:
Wrapped in bacon and lightly spiced; ready for the smoker:
On the WSM with a meatloaf to keep them company:
Glaze ingredients, but only for half the batch:
Ready to come off the smoker:
The finished product (in bad light) with a side of not-ABT (but close):
FWIW, the meatloaf was pretty good too... :mrgreen:
