Sticks by myself. I am wiped out. This win was a total surprise. Well, actually they all are. I always think my food can be better. It was fun. Joplin is a really great event, and I'm not just saying that because I won. It's worth putting on your schedule for '07. Eric Secker is a cook and he runs his event from that perspective.
