Here are some pics of smoked chicken and smoked Pork Butt steaks. I used a modified GrillPro performer in 30 degree weather! Smoked the Pork butt steaks first then grilled them at the end with some homemade BBQ sauce! Enjoy!

Started around 315 degrees, sustained 275 degrees throught the 3 hour cook.

I love pork steaks, but I've never considered smoking them. Typically just a good sear on both sides, they stay nice and juicy.

I learned this from this forum, can't remember who though??? They smoked them for like 2 hours or so, then grilled them! Still nice and juicy, the fat renders and it's yummy!
 
you are going to love it! I'm going to try this with Ribeye steaks next! Prolly will just smoke it a little though, then grill HOT!
 
Thanks everybody, I was a little nervous attempting this in 30 degree weather! Just had to check on my temp every 30 minutes or so!
