USDA Prime ribeye with Colombian coffee rub I threw together after an EVOO drizzle. Reverse seared to 135F on the kettle. Served with grilled zucchini and a Malbec. Possibly the best meat I have ever grilled. I don't buy Prime often, but holy crap...I'm gonna start buying more!

it melted in my mouth...seriously! Whenever it is just me, or me and my wife, I'm buying Prime. I usually get Choice at a minimum, but damn! This thing was amazing...
