I'll have to check with my wife and see if she'll let me borrow one of her crepe pans. Maybe if I ask really nicely she'll make some batter for me too. :icon_blush:

Lets see, to make crepes you just buy pancake batter and make it real runny, right? Can I dip a piece of smoked meat in that and deep fat fry it? That would work, wouldn't it?

Hmmm, form fitted crepes, I am impressed with that line of thinking.

Really?!?!! Crepes!??!!? Who can cook a crepe on a smoker? I bet Ecode can. Gore will just cook a steak and put it on a fork.

I have to agree, Smoked Crepes?:crazy: I make crepes all the time and I don't want to have to clean a pan just because I have to put it on the fire instead of the stove.

But it I remember, not all the ingredients have to be on the fire. Right??

Just sayin
