Its about a 70/30 beef and chorizo with a guacamole and mexican crema mix, topped with onions and cilantro and pepperjack cheese.

No idea what Mexican crema is, but that looks bloody delicioso!

Love the chorizo beef mix too.

Now that looks good, is the crema mix ,cottage cheese?
 
I make these too and they are always a massive hit.

I pretty much follow the same recipe except that my meat is half ground beef and half ground pork. I also chop up a few olives and pop them in.
