Well, Michele already posted her fatty madness thread so I'll just follow up. I made two to her four.:redface:
Any who, The first was a sausage formed in a taco shell bowl, smoked then filled with a chedder/jalapeno cornbread and topped with the mini stuffed jalapeno fatties (cream cheese and cheddar). The second is a cream cheese and blue berry filled fatty that was dipped in modified pancake mix, dredged in crushed cornflakes and then deep fried. I love deep fried stuff. And, it's not midnight yet! (Redhot did have to drag me into the kitchen to finish my entry though):shock:

Used cherry wood (Thanks Wampus!) with Jack Daniels chips for the smoke.
