Just sitting here a little while ago pondering what to have for breakfast:noidea:. I still had the smoked pork roast on my mind from last nights dinner, boy was it good. Then the light came on:idea:. So I commenced digging through the fridge and came up with this;

Mixed it all together and fried it up;

Topped with a couple of poached eggs;

A few more shots;

This was crazy good, delicious!
