Did a smallish 7lb port butt. Came out great. Cooked for about 8 hrs and likely could have gone for another 1-1.5. Temp was around 250 at all times.

The plated pic is pork with Carolina Gold sauce, asian slaw, sweet potato tater tots, and scratch made biscuits. Thanks for looking. I am sorry the weekend is over!
