Fruit Powder Sources

For fruit powders I use freeze dried fruit and run it through a small grinder/blender. I do this because it is the actual fruit, not artificial ingredients, but to each their own preferences.

I use freeze dried apples and freeze dried cherries to add in rubs and sauces.

Trader Joe's sells freeze dried cranberries.
