"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Fired up the uds today. Smoked a pork loin roast and some boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I had put in brine last night. Had the chicken breasts for dinner, very tender. Tasted great with a glaze of honey, ketchup, and raspberry vinegarette. :clap:
 
Tonight did some Sausages and ABTs. Had some extra mixture so I threw on some stuffed mushrooms as well. Tomorrow going to be doing a Ham and a play on pork candy.
