Of all the grand champion trophies I have seen this has got to the nicest. The Jesup Ga Rotary Club cookoff being held Oct 19-20 is giving away a Henry Gloden Boy rifle.(This is over and above the cash award) It is the presentation grade with the award style reciever plate engraved with 2012 Grand , plate removes and it is a fully functioning rifle. I saw it this weekend and must say this gun has one of the best looking stock I have seen in a while. I am looking forward to putting it above the fireplace.

Rebuilt 1961 harley sportster. New harley that trigg won. I do like the henry as well.
 
I am going to try to win it too and hang it over the alligator :)

This wasn't a grand champion trophy, it was a First Place pork trophy at Pork n Brew in Rio Rancho, NM. Hand carved by a local artist.

Coolest one I have seen was from a comp at the Harrah's Casino in Valley Center, Ca. It was a guitar (believe it was a Gibson) autographed by B.B. King. That evening after the contest, B.B. King was performing, all teams got to go to the concert.

The Clovis, CA contest use to have cool trophies for the GC, a Bronze trophy replicating the statue in the center of town, of a cowboy on a horse.

actually I think it was either Dancing with the starts or America's got Talent.

I was surely not home at the time of the picture or it would have been something cool like MMA or something!:roll:
