I never thought of doing char siu chicken either. Dang Hawaiians mix up everything
Yeah, thats pretty much spot on! Whatever taste good!:-D If you try it Bob, grilling it would be better, maybe some boneless thighs, get that "char" going.

do you mix the food coloring with water and dip them? i always wondered about the red chicken on a stick.
