Excellent cook, so much variety! I really like the mini Fatties you made using the Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage, Mozzarella and Bacon.

Good looking eats! I have not had dinner yet and your pics are making me drool.

That's cool that you can get Tennessee Pride sausage in Germany. Germany has some really awesome sausage that is made there but Tennessee Pride rocks.

Omigod, they sell SPAM in Germany. Let me be the first to apologize to the German people on behalf of America. :tsk:

Everything else looks good! :thumb:

That looks like an awesome block party going on right there! The cheese and bacon-wrapped sausage looks fantastic, as does everything else... nice work :)

Nice spread, everything looks great! I especially like the marinated pork bellies and the cheese stuffed sausage. Very nice work!

Let me see if I got this right. You're in Germany, and you bought Johnsonville Sausage?

Don't get me wrong, it looks fantastic! I just figured, well, being in Germany and all, there would be local sausages.

Would love love love to have me some of that pork belly.

Them's fightin' words. You have declared war on the birthplace and manufacturer of the mighty SPAM, Hormel in beautiful Austin, Minnesota. Take it back or this will make the Civil War look like a mild disagreement! :p

Watch out for your keyboard lol.
I get them from a military commissary.

See above. Germany does have a similar product in stores. Thanks!

I figured I'd try them first and then buy some local fresh Bratwurst. I'll have to figure out what cheese goes best with Brats. Maybe Gouda?

The red pork belly reminded me of chinese ribs. The flavor was great on all of them.

Thanks for all the positive comments! My neighbors loved all the eats. Their only experience with BBQ is through me.

Great looking spread there for sure. I'm sure your neighbors really enjoyed the food. I was thinking you might have picked up some of the grub at a commissary and you confirmed it. :thumb:
