Got mine last night, too! Jean's sensitive to the acid in coffee so she/we use a cold-brew system. I'll let you know how this tastes doing it that way.
Holy chit dude, I don't know how you do it but this stuff is great. With the next batch I think I'm gonna start being a 2 bagger :heh:

I'm glad that you like it. PNG is possibly my favorite coffee. A good Ethiopian beats it, but those are getting hard to find.
