The Tri looks excellent. I am doing 2 of them tomorrow for family coming over from Monterey.... Is that picture from New Monterey up above Cannery Row?

Hey Jon, that's the Kamado Big Joe split heat deflector. It's a very cool setup. Makes indirect/direct cooking a breeze.

Damn, you lucky dog you. The wife and I have been going there pretty much every year since our anniversary in 2000. We usually stay on Wave St. just down the block from the Sardine Factory (yum). I'm not sure how it is to live there but it sure is a blast to visit.
