Made up some skirt steak tacos. Kept it simple. Rubbed the steak with Oakridge Santa Maria rub. The tacos had a bit of lettuce, guacamole, mexican cream and chipotle tabasco sauce. The taquitos are store bought. :twitch:

The meat looks perfectly cooked. But hey it is all in the taste. If it tasted great it is great!!

Looks great. What's the difference between skirt steak tacos and beef fajitas?

This is how you do it!

Gotta try that. Those are some great lookin tacos! How did you like the rub?

Looks great! Couldn't tell from your post, but if you didn't, drizzle some fresh lime juice over those skirts both before you apply the rub, then again while they're grilling... It's the BOMB!!

I whipped up skirt tacos as well on Sunday. Too lazy to fire up the grill so I just let me go on the stove.

Did a quick marinade of pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, chipotle powder, salt, pepper and lime juice. They were amazing! I missed the flavor of not having them mesquite grilled, and I prob should have added more heat, but all in all a great meal. Wish I took pics for y'all
