A little Treet

Here's a little Treet I made as "filler" between serving customers at a soap box derby race. The Treet was sprinkled with Yardbird and then sauced with Blue's Hog BBQ.

I had a hard time dialing in the UDS due to the winds that day!!!:frown: Varied between 200 and 275! I was shooting for 250 solid but no luck. Smoked for about 90 minutes and 15 minutes sauced.
 
Looks great Gary! I have a couple of cans of this stuff to try. Thanks for posting this. :cool:
