Not that easy with Swedish ribs..."Shiners" is the standard here.. Hardly any meat on them! I'd love to have your U.S ribs

Those type of ribs are easy to turn into jerky by slow smoking. Try direct grilling like you would do a thin breakfast pork chop over a very hot fire.
