New Comp:Smoke In The Valley:Green Lane,PA May '09

There will be a new BBQ Competition in Green Lane PA for 2009. It is KC BBQ Society Sanctioned. This is about 30 miles outside of Phila about 10 miles off of the NE Extension. Should be a nice site for a Comptition.:-D

Is this loosely related to the possibly defunct BBQ on The River/BBQ on the Farm as far as the organizers ?

Sounds like a nice event. 20 x 35 space is very nice as well. The Fri/Sat unfortunately doesn't work for me. It is also the same weekend as the nearby Atlantic City contest as well.

I'm very excited about this contest since it so close. Is the Atlantic City contest the one held last year at the race track the last weekend in May?? That was our first contest and it would be shame to miss it this year. But I can't pass up a contest that's just 25 minutes from my house.
