Tomorrow- by Sissy Smoking I mean in my 30' Masterbuilt Electric with Pecan Chips........it's 6 hrs into a 24 hr marinade right now.

Well my MEH has been feeling neglected.....I don't want him to give up and crap out.....he makes a great food warmer/holding cabinet on Large cooks........:wink:

Hahahaha. Landarc just cracked me up. I've got a wicked crock pot recipe when you are ready to step it up a notch.


Just kidding. I bet it will be great.
 
Plus I gotta go look at another CL Cheapo Smoker that I may get and play with since I just sold the last CL Cheapo the other day, after playing with & modding it for last month or so, and my Sissy Smoker will be able to take care of itself while I'm gone. :grin:
