I would suggest it has a sweet taste with a cayenne after taste.
We tried some in a frypan and it was nearly as good.
After some help on recipe here and from a work mate I will be making them from scratch like below.
1kg parts minced Pork
1/2kg minced beef
1 egg white
Minced Garlic to taste,4 tsp.
1/2 tsp. salt
1tsp baking soda
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 onion, finely chopped
chopped parsley to taste.
Tad of water to mix it if needed
