Should have my heat deflector next week so had to go with a direct cook for my Kamado Joe first cook .

Had some pic's of the chimichurri making but accidentally deleted them from my camera.

The first of many fine cooks I'm sure. The meal looks great!

I hate to be the guy to tell you though...your meat is green! :p
