Another leftover cleanout. I had some ground Italian Sausage, Sweet Mini Peppers, Ricotta and a Baguette.

These were all grilled on the kettle using K-briqs with Cherry and Pecan chunks.

Grilled Italian Sausage Patty on Grilled Garlic-Buttered Baguette with Marinara dipping sauce on the side, and some Sweet Mini Pepper ABT's stuffed with a blend of Italian Sausage, Marinara, Ricotta, Mozzerella and Basil.

I ate until I was full. Still have a few of the ABT's left and keep popping them.
 
Nice way to clean out the fridge... looking good!
 
LEFTOVERS??? Next time you have leftovers like that just give the Ol’ Dawg a call:biggrin:
