Wow that is a lot of pork! Nice job. What is with the ying yang cookies?
 
The Ying Yang was the client's product logo that they were pimping. Notice the tables.
 
Nice job Todd. Looks really tasty and people are eating.
 
Now that is a very professional looking gig. Great job. They were very lucky to have you guys catering.
 
Looks like a Corporate gig, what was the occasion? Nice setup, Did you had enough Plowboys rub for all that pork?!

Look at the bucket on the floor in the first pic. Todd is playing ISpy with us today:tongue:
 
The client was the main sponsor of the World Pork Expo. This was their hospitality tent on the main street of the Iowa State Fairgrounds. They bought 150 shakers of Plowboys rub and 150 pints of Blues Hog sauce to hand out to the public.

We went through about 20-25 pounds of rub that weekend just prepping food.

Thanks. We prepared for 1100 in total over two days. The ribs you see in the first pic were just for day one. The pork loin in the smoker was only part of day one.
 
I was going to give you a hard time for being a shameless pimp because in nearly every picture I could see Yardbird rub or Blueshog... then I read your post about them buying the product. That is awesome... you had money coming and going!!
