buccaneer
somebody shut me the fark up.
Went to a BBQ shop and school with some Aussie BBQers and played with all the different types of BBQ's.
We had some fun, I saw my first offset, infared grill and suitcase rottisserie!
We even had a demonstration on how to break down a cut here called a D-Rump, one of my favourite cuts of beef!
Brother Manus doing the demo
We set up some webers for some pork riblets
Put those on to cook up some nibbles
Just so beautiful and so sweet...and the pork neck also looked pretty good getting pulled!
This was so tender
Pork loin on the suitcase rotisserie!
Top quality brisket on a hark offset on local hardwood called Jarrah.
This surprised me as the wood in not a nice one to get smoke from, but it tasted pretty good??
Brisket front, lamb shoulder smoked on a kamado in the rear tray
We knew the brisket was too early but we were out of time and it was still good eating
Lookie dat!
That lamb was K.I.N.G
I don't have a sweet tooth but for Kirsty I'll make that exception!
Apple tart cooked on a grill
Hope you enjoyed that!
:yo:
