When is this? I am in Waterloo and would probably make the trip over for this! Can't beat cool cars and good food!
 
Nice video, looks like fun, what was served in little cups at the 2 minute15 second mark, was it sausage wrapped in bacon?

I agree Love this state also. This event happens every year around June 1st. There is a FaceBook page for it called Pleasantville Pig out. As for the sausage bacon wrapped things, I have no idea. I was so busy turning in the judges items and serving the public samples of my 10 butts I smoked I did not get a chance to go around and taste others Q.
