Traveled to Minnesota and did a practice run for our comp next month. Big get together with lots of old friends. Did a 15 lb. packer, 5 racks of ribs, two butts, chicken thighs, and a blueberry loaf. Butt and chicken were spot on. Brisket needs a little tweeking. The ribs took longer then usual. Could this be the rack? Never used one. Thanks.
