Can't wait for tomorrow's breakfast... after a night's fridge rest. Last time, just ate it cold as-is.
 
I just started doing salmon this year - well, last year - 2011. I really wish I had started sooner.

Looks fantastic!
 
All this salmon that everybody is posting is driving me to distraction! That looks excellent, Bob. Wish I had some. Chit! :tsk:
